They work wonderfully with their customers and make sure that they are satisfied with their purchase. I had purchased a mug that had font issue as it was not printed or let's say not readable so I contacted the customer service and they immediately responded to fix the issue and resend me a new mug with the visible font verbiage. I will definitely be using them for all my future purchases and I highly highly recommend them. Thank you
