RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For eligible non-personalised items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you would like to request a return.

Returned items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition.

For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return postage. Please contact us through Etsy Messages before returning an item so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

PERSONALISED & CUSTOM ORDERS

Personalised and custom-made products are created specifically for you and therefore cannot normally be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind.

Please carefully check all names, wording, sizes, colours and personalisation details before completing your order.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, significantly different from the listing, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us through Etsy Messages as soon as possible.

Please include clear photographs of the item and packaging where appropriate. We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

CANCELLATIONS

As many of our products are made to order, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests before production begins. Once an order has entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Our products are made to order. Processing and estimated delivery times are displayed on each individual listing and may vary depending on the product, destination and production partner.

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. Hayoma Boutique cannot guarantee changes to an address once an order has entered production or been dispatched.

Delivery dates provided by Etsy or the carrier are estimates unless otherwise stated. Delays caused by postal or courier services may occasionally occur.

Some Hayoma Boutique products are professionally produced and shipped with the assistance of our disclosed production partners. Hayoma Boutique provides the original design concepts and creative direction for these products.

Where applicable, original Hayoma Boutique designs may be created with the assistance of AI tools and are creatively directed, selected and refined by our shop. AI assistance is disclosed on the relevant product listings.
